Flux Shield is an effect applied to the Decima, the Stormsinger during [Group Event] Stop Decima from draining the bloodstone (80) event. This effect has 6 charges and every broken breakbar will take down one of the charges. Once all charges are gone Decima, the Stormsinger will move into another phase.
