The Flaming Beacon is a blazing, stylized torch whose flame never falters.
At some point, one came into the possession of the Ascendant who defeated the Great Destroyer, and was subsequently placed in the Hall of Monuments, where it has been guarded by the Ascalonian ghosts there ever since. There, it waits for a hero worthy of its power.
