• Before the Sky Pirates of Tyria release on June 25, 2013 this NPC was called Phill the Fisher, whom, the update announced, had retired. The same update introduced Cassin Hoppal, a similar-looking NPC who is a local historian in Lion's Arch's White Crane Terrace.
