Fellow Blood Legion charr may help him search, but all other characters will have to look elsewhere if they wish to hunt for listening devices.

Good to see another Blood. I found this old listening device in my office the other day. Brought it to Malice. She SWEARS she doesn't know anything...but I don't trust her.

So what now?

I found a note that seems to indicate their locations. Plan to track down all devices, wherever they're hidden, and tag'em with this sweeper. Next time someone checks on them, I'll catch them.
