Penitent Camp may not be much to look at, but the Pact does build the best-fortified camps.

What is that blue light running along the top of the wall?

You should know! Apparently, it's a touch of asura flair. It's in most all of the Pact constructions. Some of the troops here look at that and see hope. Some see security. Some see forboding.[sic] asura only

But what does it do?

I guess it gives them something to look at and wonder about. And if that light takes their minds off of what lies ahead...if even for a moment...that's all it really needs to do.

I guess that's true.
