Endless Upgrade Extractor is an item that removes all upgrades and all infusions from a piece of equipment. It functions identically to the Upgrade Extractor but will not be consumed. The Extractor also works on most soulbound items, including those that cannot be salvaged or sold. Upgrades returned will be unbound unless they were originally bound. When extracting upgrades from tradeable equipment, the equipment will be accountbound after the extraction of the upgrade.
