Acquisition[edit]
- Speak to a Black Lion Trader (Armorsmith) with a character made before the April 2014 Feature Pack to have all town clothes converted to the wardrobe system. The Ornate Ruched Shirt purchased before the feature pack will be converted into this tonic.
Currency for[edit]
- As of the December 12th, 2017 game update, the tonic can be exchanged for an outfit from the Black Lion Trader in Lion's Arch.
