Elonian Skales are a type of skale found in watery areas across the Crystal Desert.

Regeneration for 9 seconds the first time one of the following occurs: they spawn, they attack a foe while damaged, or they've been in combat for at least 10 seconds. This boon is automatically reapplied every 9 seconds while the skale remains in combat.
