The Elonian Petitioner is a human noble found pestering the djinns occupying the Confluence of the Elements at Kodonur Temple. His brother supposedly lives across the Brand, and he needs protection to get there.

I've heard the stories. Djinn protecting humans, djinn protecting Awakened, djinn protecting each other... Why won't they protect me?

Maybe you're talking to the wrong djinn.

Aren't they all the same? Anyway, I can't cross the Brand without one. I'll have to keep asking.
