The Ellen Kiel Representation Button is a gizmo item that creates a floating button of Inspector Ellen Kiel's head above your character's right shoulder visible to you and other players, and also gives you the Ellen Kiel Supporter effect for one hour, which allows you to complete tasks while under her support. This button is to show your support for Inspector Ellen Kiel during Cutthroat Politics. Unlike the masterwork version, this item is not consumed on use.
