Getting there[edit]
From 
Temple of the Dredge — in Ferndale head north-west. In front of the door is a Jade Portal, which can be activated and leads to the mastery insight. The Jade Portal requires two power charges to use; one to "repair" it, and another to use it. In order to use the Jade Portal, the event 
Protect the ritualists while they repair the shrines (80) near Temple of the Dredge must first be completed.
