Dusty Bones can be found in Wildspine Hills, inside a cave. The are most likely the bones of "Slick" Ricki.
Looking at the bones starts an event where a Dolyak Spirit walks slowly from the nearby hero point, up to the bones themselves to reveal "Slick" Ricki that you can kill.
