Acquisition[edit]
From Meddler's Summit head east to a tunnel toward the Reliquary Vault Hero Point.
Note: if you have already completed the hero point and have 25 Quartz Crystals in your inventory, you'll have to create a Charged Quartz Crystal before the dialogue will appear to imbue the sigil.
