Madam Joon is the owner of Xunlai Jade, formerly known as the Xunlai Guild. She shares a blood relation to the current emperor of Cantha, Empress Ihn. The valuation of Xunlai Jade's assets are estimated to be about 3 billion gold across all holdings in Shing Jea, New Kaineng, and the Jade Sea.

The company was investigated last year for illegal dumping of dangerous or hazardous materials in Echovald but the case was closed when Madam Joon settled with the Imperial Court for an undisclosed amount. Neither Joon nor Xunlai Jade have been officially indicted with any charges.
