Despair Attunement is an effect applied to the player by Despair Globules during the fights against Eparch in the Lonely Tower Fractal and by Drops of Despair in The Eleventh Hour.

Mechanics

• In the Lonely Tower Fractal this grants -3% incoming strike damage, -3% outgoing strike damage.
