This event needs to be completed in order to progress the Olmakhan Camp Operations meta event.

Collect Soul Binders, and return them to the collector.

When approaching a Soul Binder, a random foe may appear (with a delay between spawns for each Soul Binder). The enemy will drop Soul Binders when killed.
