Cave Mushrooms are mushrooms found inside Forging Steel. Upon interacting, they either get picked up, or spawn a Disgruntled Mushroom that will give you the bundle once defeated. They can be collected and placed either into Cave Mushroom Baskets or given to Nicabar Steelweaver, who uses them to create Health Tonics.
