Captain Strohm was a norn pirate and was once the superior of Captain Weyandt. While Weyandt was still a cabin boy under Strohm, their ship got wrecked and they were forced to land on a remote island named Siren's Reef. Remembering the legends of Captain Arabella Crowe, which was rumored to be buried with her loot on the island, Strohm decided to set out to find both.
