Captain Ookavii is a captain of one of the ships anchored in the port of Rata Sum.

- Once, scarcely outside the far reaches of Sorrow's Bay, I saw such an abhorrent monstrosity-it nearly surpassed believability.
What sort of monstrosity?
- It was a horrendous demon ship, all ragged sails and jagged edges. It ascended from the depths like death itself was coming after us.
Sounds truly terrifying.
