Acquisition

• Go to the Burning Forest hero point in Simurgh Timberland (due west of  Simurgh Waypoint — ) with a Superior Rune of Scavenging in your inventory and choose the option "Place a Rune of Scavenging into the embers."

Notes

• The Superior Rune of Scavenging is consumed in the process
• You must not have any Quartz in your inventory or else the choice to make a 'Charged Quartz Crystal' will block any ability to imbue the Rune.
