Beckon the Skies is a skill granted to players standing in the green circles during the Dagda's ritual step of 
[Group Event] Defeat Nourys, the Eyes of the Abyss (80). This should be used when the matching icon is over the head of Dagda.
The skill is also used during 
[Group Event] Assist Vanak in completing the group spell (80).
