Dialogue[edit]
- Prior to completing the heart
- Are you the new inquisitor? No need for subterfuge—the archives were inspected only recently, and we were found to be in full compliance.
- I'm not with the Mordant Crescent. Rhadha sent me to support your work.
- That's good to hear. We can always use more like-minded scholars in the Astralarium.
- How can I help your cause?
- Loyalists among our ranks have been scattering our records, defacing our obelisks, and sabotaging our telescopes. They want to stop dissenting scholars from challenging King Joko's orthodoxy.
- Scattering your records?
- We're blessed to have works predating modern Elona, but orthodox scholars tend to toss ancient documents aside that challenge their world view. We need those works recovered and reshelved.
- What else could I help with?
- Got it.
- Defacing your obelisks?
- We carve observed star patterns in stone obelisks around the Astralarium grounds, and orthodox scholars poster over them with propaganda. Our astronomers would appreciate you removing those posters.
- What else could I help with?
- Got it.
- Sabotaging your telescopes?
- Our astronomers use precise observations to chart stellar movement. Scholars challenged by the accuracy of their predictions drive them from their work and purposely misalign their telescopes.
- What else could I help with?
- Got it.
- How else can I help those dissident scholars?
- Colleagues that need help will surely ask for it. I'd advise leaving any scholars that look busy alone, to pursue their work.
- What else could I help with?
- Got it.
- Can I enter the restricted section again? (If previously completed the heart. Enters the restricted archive.)
- I remember you. Come on in.
- Thank you.
- After completing the heart
- Your efforts on our behalf haven't gone unnoticed, friend.
- May I see what you have for sale?
- I'd like to access your restricted archives.
- Of course you can enter.
- Thank you. (Enter the restricted archive)
- I'm done here for now, thanks. (Exit the restricted archive)
- Happy to help.
- Inside the restricted archive
- Do you need to be someplace else right now?
- Yes, please. (Exit the restricted archive)
