Arca Lake is an area in the northwest corner of the Harathi Hinterlands. Harpies have established their nests on the cliffs to the north where they are trying to take control of the territory owned by the skritt at the Arcallion Digs.
A Seraph soldier disguised as a villager provides transport west along the river.
