Anguished WailRigom unleashes all the energy transferred to him from Guldhem in an instant, dealing massive damage in an area around him.

Rigom will use this skill after being reduced to 1% of his health. This will cause Guldhem to temporarily lose Classic Misdirection if this attack hits Samarog. Rigom will then regain all health if Guldhem is still alive.
During the five seconds following the attack, he will be Determined.
