The Abandoned Mine is a point of interest in Prospect Valley. It is the more southern of the two adjacent mines in the valley, the other being Prosperity Mine. The mine originally belonged to the Town of Prosperity until they discovered a magic underground river. The Inquest have now moved in to study it further, restricting the entrance with a gate, and capturing and imprisoning Zephyrites within their impromptu laboratory. A trench with a river of quicksand splits the interior.

Getting there[edit]

The entrance to the mine is directly east of Waypoint (map icon).png Prosperity Waypoint, on the eastern wall of Point of interest (map icon).png Flatland Wastes, just south of the quicksand river. An Inquest gate blocks off the entrance until it opens for the duration of Event shield (tango icon).png Rescue the captive Zephyrites (80). If the event is successful, the entrance will remain open until a subsequent Event boss (tango icon).png [Group Event] Defeat the champion N4-SR before the Inquest can lock down their base (80) fails, allowing the Inquest to regain control of the mine.

Notes[edit]

  • At the end of the Crash Site meta event, or if the Inquest regain control before that, all players are removed from the mine.
  • A hidden Legendary Llama can be found in the mine.
