"Reindeer Shaman"
"Reindeer Shaman" is a norn child who is dressed up for Halloween. During Halloween he can be found wandering about the Lion's Arch and in Wayfarer Foothills watching "Mad King Thorn" performing.

- Happy Halloween. I'd fight you for some candy, but my mother said I can't challenge anyone here in Lion's Arch

- This year I get to go trick-or-treating whenever I want! Last year, I had to go with my friend, and she was no fun at all.
Why?
- She's an asura. Since she's so small, my parents thought I should go with her to protect her. Spooky night and all. She resented it and was cranky the whole night. But this year, she's in Rata Sum.
