Notes[edit]
- Opening a chest momentarily doubles the Perseverance magic find effect.
- The chests spawn at fixed locations on the map.
- A pile of sand indicates that a chest is currently burried at a location. Because of that using the Silverwastes Shovel detect skill is not necessary if you already know the chest locations. All you have to do is use the Silverwastes Shovel dig skill when you see a pile of sand.
- When a chest is unearthed, its position is briefly displayed on the minimap with a red ping.
Trivia[edit]
- This object was added to the game with the November 4, 2014 update, as part of the Echoes of the Past release.
- Originally, the chests' respawn rate and spawn locations around Amber Sandfall were much higher than intended; this was fixed with the November 10, 2014 update.
