Ronald Lefleur is a Favor Broker found in guild halls. He appears near the guild bank when your guild reaches a sufficient level. Guild permissions are required to use his services. He is sometimes located in the east end of the Guild Initiative Headquarters in Lion's Arch, near the Guild Bank Representative. However, if a guild does not have at least 10,000 Influence he will not appear at any location instanced for that guild. A maximum of 100,000 influence may be converted per week, granting 500 favor.
