Sorry. I was moving the page largely to the skill point giver/initiator, as the consensus says to do. I missed that bit. I have re-added it to the skill initiator. The dialogue and directions belong there apparently. I think you made the page before the split between the event and the giver was decided. I moved your image to the new page also.
