Welcome to Augury's Shadow, home to the Followers of Ascension. Xunn is searching for Forgotten glyphs, Dawnwynn cuts down Branded, and Adisa collects Slivers of Vlast for my smithing.

Can you give me an overview of Augury Rock and Skyward Reach?

Follower Lucius Anvilblade: Kaidenna's our leader. She's usually around camp unless she's out assaulting the Branded Forgotten at Augury Rock.

Follower Lucius Anvilblade: Our main camp is right here at Augury's Shadow, but most of the Followers can be found at either First Camp or Second Camp.

Follower Lucius Anvilblade: Best be wary of the sands out beyond where those bounty creatures lurk. Many a journey has ended there.

This is quite the camp. How did you end up here?

I had to see for myself if the legend was true, that humans did actually ascend. Kaidenna made a believer out of me.

Don't you miss your warband?

My warband were all Branded by the dragon. Now, I just carry on in their honor and take care of Flint. If taking out Branded helps me Ascend, fine with me.

How'd you come to take care of Flint?

Not so loud, or the cub will hear. Flint stowed away with the warband. We took her in, but the others... It is left to me now to watch her. I'm all that's left.

Why are Slivers of Vlast so important to you?

Vlast was the offspring of Glint, the ancient dragon. The desert would've fallen if not for Vlast keeping Kralkatorrik's minions contained in the Dragonbrand.

And you use Slivers of Vlast for your smithing?

Vlast lost shards and slivers while battling the Branded. His sacrifice is great, and I hope that by honoring him and using those remnants of power, I will be guided to Ascension.

So items made from Slivers of Vlast contain some of his power?

Just imagine the damage a rifle that shot slivers could do to dragon minions! Or a finishing spike coated in slivers. Fight dragon with dragon, I say.
