This looks like a normal stone lantern_very old in its construction. It bears the inscription, "May the hearts of people shine ever bright."

Move your hand near the lantern. (Only available after completing the Cryptseeker achievement)

As you move your hand near the lantern, it begins to glow brighter, and you feel a resonance inside of it, urging your hand toward its cold surface...

Touch the lantern.

Draw your hand back and leave.
